  On reaching emergencies I expected them to see to my son's problem (something got into his eye and was in pain). We waited for over 3h and no aid WHATSOEVER was given! Disgraceful. An elderly lady left alone in the waiting room went into spasms from excrutiating pains; she was in tears and asking to be lied down to make the pain stop. NO ONE did anything to help her. Me, my son and another couple helped the old lady lie down on the waiting room chairs!! Utterly embarrassing! No humanity! Oh and the parking machine did not issue me with a receipt and had extra delay getting out of there! Good thing they had the phone button on the machines or I would have driven passed the bar!

  Clinic d - Maternity assessment absolutely ridiculous. Waits over 2.5 hours signs up saying limited doctors long waits. Jam packed waitrooms pregnant women standing up for long periods of time. Extremely rude reception staff, personal conversations while women stand in line to the wait slaughter. No compensation for extended wait parking.

  Dr Brendan Lacey saw my 8 month old in emergency for bronchilitis and wheezing after we were referred there by our GP. He has a wonderful way with children and kept my little one laughing throughout the examination. He was both caring and very thorough. Our nurse Sophia was lovely too and reception staff pleasant.

  Have always received the most professional and kindest help from all staff at this hospital. They have taken care of my very elderly mother on many occassions over recent years and she is alive today at the age of 97 because of their good care.
