    My husband got us an apartment on Wednesday night and just as we were getting into bed we heard a man hit a woman and it sounded like a lot of fighting was going on and a female was crying. I was scared for my life so I left and told the owner and he said he used to be a police officer but couldn't help me. Absolutely disgusting service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody! EXTREMELY UNSAFE!

    The owner was rude to me when i was signing the paper work and giving them my credit card details. I went to read the terms and conditions and the owner said "you can read all you want" in a sarcastic way. I told him i just needed to read this before signing so i know what i'm signing.

    WORST customer service EVER!! Have never seen in my entire life such a rude receptionist who says nothing when picking up the phone, and shouts 'what are you doing?!' when you are trying to find a pen to write down what he's about to say. Thanks for letting me know this is a way of serving customers :)

    Also the towels transfer of a lot of lint. After i dried my body i had lint all over my body that i needed to pull off and in my hair. It was so annoying and it's very ironic that it was these useless towels which begun all of the drama with these hotel owners. Im so glad this experience is over but i hope these owners lose on business because of how badly treated i was.

    An hour after that the husband comes to my room and knocks on the door. I answered and asked who it was. He said "It's the owner, i want to come in". I told him i'm half naked and he said "I dont care. Why are you asking for extra towels! I want to see who's in there! If you dont open the door im going to bang the door down!" So i let him in and he searched my room. He then said why are you asking for more towels. I then explained to him that i dirtied my towels and i have a visitor coming later that night. He then said "I dont believe you, i want a $50 deposit". I then said that wasn't on the agreement with Expedia. He then said "i dont care". So i finally agreed to pay the $50 extra because i couldnt be bothered trying to arrange another hotel room and all of that hassle. I told him please don't bother me later that night as i didn't want to be embarassed in front of my romantic friend. He then agreed and he went through with what he promise and didn't bother me. The following day he refunded me the $50 back onto my credit.

    Pleasant environment, really handy to Monash Medical Centre, & staff fall over themselves to be helpful!

    I then had a shower and used my towel to dry the ground and i had a romantic friend coming later so i went down to reception and asked the owner's wife if they had extra towels and her response to me was "Extra towels! What do you need extra towels for?!" I then explained that i used the towels for drying the ground. She then said "We dont have extra towels. The cleaners handle all of that and their room is locked". I asked her dont you have any keys to the room where extra towels are kept? She then said "No! For the price you are paying for you dont get extra towels!". I then told her that i was going to leave negative feedback on expedia and on google because of the disgusting service. She then said "Go do what u want to do and why dont you just check out if you're unhappy". I then barged off back to my room so disappointed and only with one towel to use for the night.

    Thank you so much for such a bad experience and letting me know that we would never come here again. Will recommend if you like to suffer a little and want to experience horrible customer service, but otherwise strongly not recommend.

    I booked online and we got a room in the front apartment full of traffic noise. On the notice stuck on the mirror in the room it says 'did you realise you are in this front apartment for a reason?' Then there are 3 reasons listed, with one being that I booked it online. I don't know what kind of service says something like this - not that I've seen.

    This was the worst experience throughout all the hotels i have got in my lifetime. I will never be coming here again and i dont recommend this place at all.
